AVS is known for his colorful, eclectic works of art in which he utilizes vintage elements combined with modern designs to create one of kind pieces. His artwork can be found in celebrity's private art collections including Paris Hilton. Hilton is a top influencer in the NFT space.
AVS has evolved into a prolific artist and photographer who has gained wisdom and expertise through experimentation and collaborations with several popular Outsider artists, including Howard Finster, Mose Tolliver, and Paul Warhol, Andy Warhol's older brother.
His vibrant compositions exhibiting the facade of Music Hall inspired the concept of Cincinnati's Lumenocity in 2013.
As a photographer, AVS has documented many Outsider Art environments and documented the legendary CLUB CLAU in 2003/2005. The Night club was named one of the TOP 30 NightClubs in the World in 2004 by Conde Nast Magazine.
AVS is also an art activist and idea person who has spear-headed the 13 foot Bronze statue of Cincinnati Boxing Legend and 3-time Heavyweight Champion Ezzard Charles. The statue is to be dedicated later this year, after 6 1/2 years.
AVS has served and led on many Art and Public Boards in the past 10 years including Visionaries and Voices and the Cincinnati Parks Board.
He started making art in 1987 and started collecting NFTs in July of 2021.
